We utilise some of the market-leading Commerce software and carry out regular security checks. All data sent from our website is encryted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)

    Yes, all products shown as ‘In Stock’ are either available in our Showroom and Warehouse or due to be delivered by our supplier(s) within 72 hours.

    We understand that you may change your mind. If you wish to make changes to your order, please notify us within 12 hours of ordering. You can email or call us and our team will be more than happy to assist. Please be aware that some styles and designs may vary so there may be variations in batches and ‘ranges’. If you wish to change your order after 12 hours, please see our Returns and Cancellations policy for more details.

    All orders are despatched within 3-5 working days, if you wish to check the specifc status of your order and require confirmation of delivery dates, please email us on support@copperwoodhome.co.uk along with your order number.

    On very rare occasions, your item may no longer be available, this may be due to damage or limited stock. If an order is placed for an item that is no longer available, a member of our team will be in touch to arrange a refund as soon as possible.

    A nightmare situtation. It is important that you check all sizes carefully prior to ordering, please measure things such as doorways, hallways and entrances and choose your item(s) location carefully.

    Copperwood Home cannot accept responsiblity for furniture not fitting, this is down to you prior to ordering. Any damage that arises due to tight fitting and not reported on delivery, will not be refunded.
