If you access this site, you are deemed to have read and accepted the following conditions of use.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully and make sure that you understand them, before ordering any Products from our website.
Please note we reserve the right to update these terms and conditions, as well as returns policies for time to time. If you require confirmation of the terms and conditions applicable at the time of order, please request a copy at support@copperwoodhome.co.uk. In instances where terms and conditions have been requested, be will be bound and honour any applicable conditions at the time of the request.

Prices
All prices shown on our website are deemed accurate at the time of publishing. All prices shown are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of any tax. Prices indicated will be honoured at the time of purchase, and may be updated without notice. All items shown are expected to be in stock, but instances may arise where items are no longer available at the price shown. We reserve the right to cancel any order in the instance indicated and a full refund issued. No further discounts or credit will be applicable in instances such as prices increases on the same item.

Product Descriptions
We carry out regular checks on our product descriptions to ensure they are accurate at the time of viewing. By making a purchase, you accept that colour variations may occur. Refunds will not be given in instances, where the item is deemed an accurate representation by Copperwood Home. Elements such as screen quality are beyond our control, therefore any complaints that arise from colour variations are deemed void.

Delivery
All items listed in stock are either ready in our warehouse for delivery or arriving from our suppliers within 72 hours.

Our standard delivery times are currently 3-10 working days for non-palletised items, however, we will aim to despatch stock as soon as we possibly can, this is often sooner.

Larger items that require a pallet service are currently estimated to take between 10-30 days for delivery due to delays in the network caused by COVID related shortages.

All stock is inspected prior to despatch, should we have limited availability and your item(s) are not deemed satisfactory, we may need to arrange a replacement with our supplier(s). If your order is affected by inspection concerns, we will notify you within 48 hours.

For larger items we use dedicated furniture delivery companies, all deliveries are to ‘doorstep’ only. If you have large or heavy items, please ensure assistance is available. All deliveries are carried out by a third-party and additional assistance will be at the driver’s discretion.
Please note, some larger items are delivered unboxed depending on our supplier. Unfortunately, on occasions, damage in transit may occur – if this happens, please make the driver aware so they can note the damage. Please take photos of the damage and send to support@copperwoodhome.co.uk with your order number.
Knobs for drawers are usually screwed on in reverse for transport. DO NOT over tighten knobs, particularly on glass furniture, as this can lead to stress fractures. Copperwood Home will not be held responsible should this occur.

Cancellation
You may cancel your order (following acceptance), for any reason, up until the point of despatch, in which a full refund (including postage costs) will be made within 14 days. Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations will be accepted at the discretion of Copperwood Home. All items are subject to a full inspection on return (see our returns policy).

Returns
We hope you are delighted with your order, but we do understand that sometimes, you may wish to return an item for whatever reason.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-quibble exchange or refund on any unused items within 14 days of the purchase date.

Goods must be returned in the same condition in which they were sold (all items are thoroughly inspected prior to despatch), including all original packaging. We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not deemed in original condition.

The return of goods is our customer’s responsibility, including any associated costs. Return postage can be arranged by Copperwood Home, however, please be aware that costs may vary from £6.99 up to £60.00 depending on the size of the item. Our postage costs shown on the website are based on regular despatches from a single address therefore this should not be used as an indication of any return costs.

If the return is arranged by Copperwood Home, the necessary deduction will be made from your refund on receipt and inspection of the returned item.

All eligible items, purchased between 20th November and 25th December, may be returned until 31st January the following year.

Please check items carefully when accepting delivery. If for any reason your item(s) have been damaged in transit, please make the courier aware to enable us to best serve your enquiry. Once the original goods have been returned, we will issue a refund or replacement.

Faulty & Damaged Items
Whilst we take all care and precautions to ensure your item(s) arrives to you in the same condition it leaves us, we understand that occasionally items may get damaged in transit. If your item arrives damaged, please inform us on email at support@copperwoodhome.co.uk no later than 7 days from receipt of goods, please include your order reference when contacting us.

For all faulty/damaged items, we will request for photographic proof of damage. Please ensure any damage to the item is photographed along with any packaging damage. This will allow us to raise the relevant claim with our delivery partner and ensure a prompt refund/replacement.

Please do not throw away the item or packaging before we have confirmed the next steps – we may be able to carry out a repair of the item and re-sell as second-hand or use for spares/repairs on other items.

Privacy Policy
All customers are expected to have read our Privacy Policy, in full, prior to any purchase. No data is passed on to third parties or sold. All physical data will be destroyed on completion of your order.
